We live and breathe equity

As equity architects behind many growth companies we’ve witnessed the power of collective ownership. We work with founders that we believe in and accept equity as part of our own compensation.

From colleagues to friends to co-founders. Špela and Tamas met at Ledgy where Špela was heading up Customer Experience and Tamas People and Ops. They built a friendship based on the joy of collaborating and mutual respect for each other’s skills.

Spela Prijon

Since obtaining a Masters degree in Pharmacy, Spela has “put her degree to work” by working with startups. She founded her own startup, went through an accelerator and has joined and scaled 4 other software and hardware companies.


Most recently, she joined the People Collective, where she created a program that allows companies to scale equity plans. The program was created with the knowledge acquired as Head of CX at Ledgy, where she lead implementation of equity plans for 100s of startups from seed to IPO stage, in jurisdictions all over the world.

Tamas Varkonyi

Tamas graduated with a Psychology degree from the University of Cambridge, then proceeded to expand his knowledge at PwC as an HR consultant.


Since then, he has joined startups in People and Operations roles. He worked at Ledgy, Luminovo, and the People Collective where he helped companies scale and operationalise People operations. Tamas has implemented Levelling and Progression, Total compensation, Recruiting and Equity schemes in high growth startups all over Europe.
